Versatile, durable, beautiful – there are plenty of reasons to love Sintered Compact Surfaces from Neolith. And now, with the addition of four new designs to their already extensive catalog, there are even more options available to create your dream kitchen.

About Neolith

Neolith’s Sintered Compact Surfaces are the result of years of research by parent company TheSize, in Spain. Profound dedication to innovation has resulted in technologies that make Neolith unmatched in the industry. Among the most important of these is the Sintering Technology, which subjects 100% natural materials to very high pressures and temperatures, creating unprecedented physical and mechanical features.

Neolith Sintered Compact Surfaces are made from three groups of elements: Minerals from granite (quartz and feldspar), which provide the product with hardness and strength; minerals from glass and silica that provide chemical stability; and natural oxides that offer chromatic properties.

For each surface, there are a variety of slab and tile sizes, creating options for any design you could envision. Plus, Neolith’s surfaces are characteristically lightweight, making transportation and usually fabrication simpler than typical natural stones.

Additionally, Neolith is an eco-friendly brand, using natural materials and technologies that respect the environment. The surfaces are 100% resin-free, and100% recyclable. In fact, up to 52% of any Neolith surface is comprised of recycled raw materials, and don’t release any harmful substances into the air.

Here are a few of the reasons you’ll love Neolith:

Neolith brings to life sleek and modern designs, all while offering one of the most durable surfaces available on the market today.

Since Neolith’s surfaces are nonporous and resistant to etching, they are one of the most hygienic options on the market for kitchens, food preparation stations, and other applications where sanitation is critical. They can be cleaned with natural cleansers, such as vinegar, eliminating the need for harsh chemicals in the kitchen, which cuts down on the amount of harmful substances washed down the drain.

Neolith’s surfaces are resistant to scratching, stains, extreme temperature changes, moisture, damage from heavy traffic, chemicals, and UV rays.

Neolith surfaces are resistant to warping under high pressure or weight loads, making them perfect for flooring in areas with high foot traffic or even heavy machinery.

With an extensive catalog of designs and finishes, including ones that mimic the characteristics of natural stone, wood, textiles, iron and steel, there is an abundance of options to customize your Neolith surface to suit your preferred aesthetic.

Neolith is offered as an exceptionally slim surface, available in thicknesses as compact as 3mm and up to 20 mm, making it light and easy to transport and install.

Since Neolith surfaces are resistant to extreme highs and lows in temperature, graffiti-proof, UV ray resistant, waterproof and scratch resistant, Neolith can safely be used for exterior applications.

Now introducing Neolith’s new designs:

A concrete-toned design with specks reminiscent of rain on the sidewalk, the New York, New York design is a contemporary interpretation of edgy, industrial looks. “This visually appealing surface is influenced by the city’s infectious energy, its iconic avenues and majestic skyscapers,” Neolith says. It also incorporates a highly realistic body edge and a Silk finish that “blends matte.”

New York, New York incorporates subtle movement that keeps its overall look from being flat and monotone, making it perfect for urban condos or apartments that embrace an industrial vibe. Pair it with streamlined, minimalistic cabinets and countertops in the kitchen, and bare bulb light fixtures to complete the look. Furniture with softer textures can balance out the overall coolness of this design.

Grey is a hot color in interior design; both for its versatility and the neutral, modern mood it can create in a space. White walls and bright lights can brighten up the deeper tones of this design, and create a blank canvas ready to fill with your own design touches. Bold shades, like yellow or a royal blue, can make a statement without clashing with this grey, as well.

New York, New York comes in three slab sizes: 3600x1200mm (in a 3mm thickness, ideal for wall cladding), 3200x1500mm (in a 6mm thickness, good for flooring), and 3200x1600mm (in 20mm and 12mm thickness, ideal for countertops). There are also three different tile sizes available: 1500x1500mm, 1500x750mm and 750x750mm.

A creamy white with fine grey and black veining, the Mont Blanc design emulates white quartzite. Neolith says that the design was inspired by the “pristine slopes of the French-Swiss Alps and the alpine glamour of one of the world’s most prestigious ski resorts, Chamonix.”

Mont Blanc is an ideal design for creating a luxurious aesthetic, either as a fireplace surround or as countertops in the kitchen. In the bath, a shower or tub surround in Mont Blanc will can make a space feel high-end – ideal for hotels and spas. The undertones of this design can be paired with bold shades to modernize its overall feel, or with a neutral palette of browns, tans, and greys for a classic look that is anything but boring.

Mont Blanc is available in two slab sizes: 3200x1500mm (in a 6mm thickness) and 3200x1600mm (in the 12mm thickness). There are also three size options for tiles: 1500x1500mm, 1500x750mm, and 750x750mm.

One standout feature of the Mont Blanc design is that Neolith has been able to create a slight inward relief over the veining, creating an original texture that Neolith described as “pleasing to touch and evoking the soaring beauty of the alpine landscape.”

SOFÍA Cuprum

The latest addition to Neolith’s Steel Collection, Sofía Cuprum features “an irregular and burnished effect that gives the surface a more worn look and feel.” Varying black and deep brown tones are dark but warm, invoking the cozy, masculine feel of dark stained wood with a modern twist.

Warm, soft lighting will create a luminous, comfy-cave effect when paired with the Sofía Cuprum design. Rich gold or copper fixtures are a natural accent, as well as deep red or orange paint. Stained wood cabinets or furniture can soften this design’s industrial feel, while embracing a warm aesthetic.

For flooring, wall cladding and countertops, the Sofía Cuprum design is available in three slab sizes: 3600x1200mm (in a 3mm thickness), 3200x1500mm (in a 6mm thickness), and 3200x1600mm (in 20mm and 12mm thickness). There are also three size options for tiles: 1500x1500mm, 1500x750mm, and 750x750mm.

The undulations and flow of the Mar del Plata design creates an effect described by Neolith as “a mesmerizingly aqueous resembling of fluidity… evoking the flow of a mighty South American river.” White lining layered with a grey backdrop creates a multi-dimensional surface that looks similar to Dark Pearl granite.

The movement and moodiness of the Mar del Plata design is perfect for large applications like countertops, fireplace surrounds, and wall cladding where the veins can be displayed in full length. Cool color tones like burgundy or maroon red, emerald green, or cobalt blue make a statement without creating too much movement. Alternatively, pair the dark grey with a warm taupe shade or dusky rose for a feminine, soft feel perfect for a bathroom vanity.

Neolith offers two slab sizes for the Mar del Plata design: 3200x1500mm (in a 6mm thickness) and 3200x1600mm (in the 12mm thickness). There are also three available tile sizes: 1500x1500mm, 1500x750mm, and 750x750mm.
